apply exclusively; we shall not acknowledge any
conflicting or deviating terms and conditions of
Supplier unless we have expressly agreed in
writing to their application. Our Terms and
Conditions of Purchase shall apply even if we
have accepted delivery by Supplier without
reservation in the knowledge of Supplier terms
and conditions which conflict with or deviate from
