The AxleWeighingSystem adds a convenient feature to this range of applications. Specifically designed as a mobile solution for measuring wheel, axle and vehicle loads, it is ideal for official roadside checks or for checking transport vehicles as they leave the depot to avoid overloading. The mobile scales can be used for static or dynamic weighing.

Perfectly equipped for mobile use: Featuring Bluetooth technology instead of cables, connectors and antennas – all of which are liable to get in the way or become damaged – the AxleWeighingSystem is convenient and ultra-flexible with a measuring radius of up to around 40 m outdoors. Data can even be printed out on the optionally available printer and exported to DISOWARE® S for evaluation.

Long service life and maximum flexibility: For a long service life and maximum flexibility, the mobile wireless axle load weighing system is equipped with high-performance rechargeable batteries. The system, including all components and small parts, can be transported in a robust case (available as accessory) for convenient and flexible use.

Technical details: The weighing system consists of two weighing panels with integrated electronics, Bluetooth, battery and handheld terminal. Each panel has a weighing range of up to 20 t yet weighs less than 35 kg. The handheld terminal comes with preinstalled Windows operating system and features a 480 x 640 transreflective touchscreen with optional keypad. Communication is handled by the Bluetooth Class 1 module. The temperature range is 0°C to +50°C.
