A member of the Board of Carl Schenck AG from 2003 to 2005, Dr Weyrauch led the successful MBO of Schenck Process from Dürr AG (owners of Carl Schenck AG) end of 2005. With a profound engineering background, Dr Weyrauch holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany and a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Magdeburg, Germany. With a strong strategic and technical focus, prior to joining Schenck Process, Dr Weyrauch held board positions in the automotive and the machine building industries. |

Prior to joining the Board of Schenck Process in August 2005, Mr Geilen held various management positions in the fields of power generation and environmental technology. With a strong financial, commercial and sales background, Mr Geilen holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Bayreuth, Germany. Internationally focussed, Mr Geilen has comprehensive experience of managing turnkey engineering and commercial projects around the globe. |

Prior to joining the Board of Schenck Process in August 2008, Dr. Jaufmann held various management positions in the fields of mechanical power transmission, heavy-duty industries and manufacturing plants for industrial gears. With more than 15 years of industrial experience, Dr. Jaufmann holds a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. Having a strong background in operations, Dr. Jaufmann developed Flender AG´s largest manufacturing facility, located in China for the production of industrial gears. |
